Wandering the streets of Hong Kong

Duck & Roll Founder, Rob Joseph, spent many years doing business in Hong Kong and loved to wander the back streets of SoHo tasting delicious, authentic Cantonese food at these Hawker Stalls.

When Rob and his wife Kate, along with business partner Erika Vikor, moved to Kansas City from Sydney, Australia they missed the authentic tastes of Hong Kong style Cantonese food that was readily available in their hometown. After they successfully opened Banksia in 2018, an opportunity arose to bring the famous tastes of Dai Pai Dong to Kansas City and there was born Duck & Roll.
